Select the most suitable candidates and invite them to attend an aptitude assessment.
Build an individual apprenticeship programme for your learner incorporating the new Standards as qualifications become available or a level 2 or 3 National Vocational Qualification.
Advise and help with enrolment on the most suitable college courses for day release where required.
Monitor and assess your apprentice towards their qualifications through regular visits from your Sigta Training Officer.
Give feedback on progress (both at college and in the workplace) towards targets.
Provide grants towards training costs for eligible persons.
Your apprentice programme can commence any time of year and does not need to be aligned with college starting dates.
