We will:
Advertise your vacancy on the National Apprenticeships website, our SIGTA website, Indeed and social media.
Prepare a short video for most advertised roles to accompany our online advertising campaign.
Select the most suitable candidates and invite them to attend an initial assessment. The results will help us to shortlist candidates.
Build an individual apprenticeship programme for your learner incorporating Standards which have replaced NVQ frameworks as new qualifications become available.
Advise and help with enrolment on the most suitable day-release courses where required.
Monitor and assess your apprentice towards their qualifications through regular visits from your Sigta Training Officer.
Give feedback on progress (from day-release and in the workplace) towards targets.
Provide grants towards training costs for eligible persons.
