SIGTA training and developing your people

We have been helping Companies with their training needs since 1964.

Sigta is a not for profit organisation with charitable status specialising in short courses, apprenticeships and qualifications for experienced people.

Promoting apprenticeships

Working with schools, youth organisations and local employers to increase participation in apprenticeships, we are committed to promoting and delivering training programmes. We assist employers with the recruitment and selection of apprentices, provide comprehensive management of apprentice programmes and undertake assessment of work to nationally recognised standards.

Qualifications for experienced people

National Vocational Qualifications recognise the abilities of individuals at work. They demonstrate an person’s true skills and are completed in the workplace. Our training officers will help your personnel achieve these nationally recognised qualifications.

Training courses

We offer short courses delivered by our innovative, fully qualified tutors to develop your personnel in a friendly and rewarding environment. Couses can be delivered at our training centre in Portslade or onsite if a suitable room is available.
