Apprentices are invited to our induction week giving them the opportunity to talk to their classmates, meet their tutors and get to know the buildings and rooms they will be based in for the duration of their day-release training.

This gives our tutors an opportunity to assess your learners current knowledge levels and skills gaps. Covering pure and applied mathematics, mechanical principles, Ohm’s law, circuit building and more, we are able to deliver a suitable programme for each individual.

Working closely with the employer we can ensure that the training is relevant to the role in the workplace.

Induction Day: Apprentices are also invited to attend an induction day where we will cover health & safety, equal opportunities and safeguarding.
