Our refresher course
This course provides practical and theory in current first aid techniques to workplace first aiders who currently hold First Aid at Work certification. It also keeps you up to date with changes that have been instigated over the previous three years. Our course is engaging, practical and fun!
On satisfactory completion and final assessment of our course a certificate valid for three years will be issued demonstrating that you meet the requirements of a workplace first aider as required by the Health and Safety Executive.

Initial assessment skills
Priorities of treatment
Basic life support skills (Airway, Breathing, Circulation)
Function and operation of the respiratory system
Resuscitation procedures (Protocol, external chest compressions and artificial ventilation)
Care of the unconscious casualty
Control of external bleeding
Diagnosis and treatment of broken bones
Duration: 2 days

At SIGTA in Portslade or on your site with sufficient delegates.
