VE Day marked the end of World War Two in Europe. Huge crowds took to the streets on 8 May 1945 to sing, dance and rejoice after nearly six years of war. Our stand set up and awaiting visitors before the doors opened last night. A busy event promoting all of the great apprenticeships that we have in the area. Big thanks to Janine Peters for organising things and inviting us to the show.

A couple of minutes before the doors opened I took this pic. Then, for the next four hours there was not a single minute when I did not have someone on the stand interested in an apprenticeship. So busy! Our new display stand seems to work 🙂
