This course introduces the principles of conflict awareness, professional communication and behavioural understanding.

Delegates explore how conflict develops, the importance of recognising early warning signs and how to apply effective de-escalation techniques.

The session also covers the law surrounding self defence, helping employees understand their rights, responsibilities and limitations when faced with aggression.

Training can be delivered at SIGTA’s Shoreham centre or onsite for groups with sufficient delegates. Through guided discussion and scenario based examples, learners develop the ability to respond professionally, maintain personal safety and support positive outcomes during difficult interactions.
