Our Conflict Management Courses
This course provides trauma‑aware personal safety strategies and simple, effective self‑defence techniques to help staff stay safe and maintain confidence in higher‑risk or unpredictable environments.
This course combines de‑escalation skills with safe, controlled breakaway methods to help staff protect themselves and others when faced with escalating or aggressive behaviour.
This course teaches practical communication and de‑escalation techniques to help staff manage challenging behaviour safely and confidently in workplace situations.
Apprenticeships & NVQs
We offer apprenticeships in Engineering, Manufacturing and Business Admin/ Customer Service. Apprenticeships require on and off the job training, with the majority of engineering apprenticeships benefitting from day release training delivered by SIGTA.
