Course Overview
This course introduces the key principles of personal safety, situational awareness and lawful self defence. Delegates learn how to recognise threats, evaluate risk and use safe physical responses to create space and escape harm.
The session combines legal understanding with practical, easy to recall defensive techniques suitable for real world scenarios.
Training is delivered at SIGTA’s Shoreham centre or onsite for groups with sufficient delegates. Through instructor demonstration and supervised practice, learners develop confidence and the ability to protect themselves in challenging, high pressure situations.
