Our Business Courses

SIGTA’s Managing People course is designed to support supervisors, team leaders and section leaders who are new to people management or have had no formal training in this area.

Apprenticeships require on and off the job training, with the majority of engineering apprenticeships benefitting from day release training delivered by SIGTA.
