SIGTA works in partnership with a diverse range of employer member companies across industry. Our members play an active role in shaping employer led training, ensuring apprenticeships and workforce development remain relevant, practical and aligned to real job roles.
Each member company has its own priorities, challenges and workforce needs, and our role is to provide tailored training and apprenticeship support that reflects this.

CAE is a high-technology company specialising in pilot training through the use of flight simulators.
With 50+ training locations and 250+ full-flight simulators, CAE has the largest civil aviation training network in the world. CAE is the training partner of choice of aviation professionals, airlines, business aviation operators, and aircraft manufacturers the world over.
SIGTA have worked closely with CAE for many years recruiting apprentice Flight Simulator Technicians for their Burgess Hill and Gatwick training locations.
