SIGTA Course Terms & Conditions

Cancellations

Should a booking be cancelled within 10 working days of course commencement, the full fee will remain payable. If the booking is transferred to an alternative date, the cancellation fee may be waived, providing the course has sufficient delegates to proceed and no costs are not incurred from the tutor. Any cancellation costs incurred by SIGTA will be paid by the client.

To protect our staff and clients, we respectfully request that you do not attend courses if you are unwell.  If the booking is moved to an alternative date, the same terms above apply, but charges will be at the discretion of the Chief Executive.

Payment

An invoice will be raised prior to course commencement, and payment can be made through Bank Transfer only – payment details are provided on the invoice.

Course Details

Courses held at SIGTA premises in Shoreham typically start at 9.30am and finish around. 4.00pm unless otherwise specified. This includes a lunch break and coffee breaks.

A welcome letter providing further details about the course will be sent to the client approx. 7-10 days prior to course commencement.

SIGTA can provide facilities for delegates with disabilities. Please advise us of any special needs or learning difficulties to ensure all delegates’ needs are met.

Courses held on a customer site will have start and finish times agreed with the client prior to course commencement. All course details will be communicated to the client prior to the course.

Parking at our Shoreham site – There is controlled parking onsite – Visitors must only park in a space marked ‘V’ near the riverside – there are approximately 9 spaces on site for Visitors, but these are not exclusive to SIGTA. There is also a public car park nearby in Tarmount Lane, Shoreham by Sea, BN43 6RQ (5 min walk). There are also good public transport links nearby via Bus (2-3 min walk) and Train (10 min walk).
