This week I am in Eastbourne on Thursday 6th March organised by Ratton School. Always a busy event with Cavendish, Seaford Head, Eastbourne Academy, Ratton, Hailsham, Willingdon, Turing and Gildredge House schools attending.

We chatted to Anni (Apprentice Team Leader) and George (Engineering Design Apprentice) about their SIGTA apprentice programmes. Take a look – they did so well!

Our first time exhibiting at The De La Warr and really excited to be at this show. Visit the SIGTA stand to hear about the great apprenticeships we offer locally.

Great show today – very busy with a constant stream of students visiting the SIGTA stand. I was really impressed with the level of interest shown and the questions that students were asking about apprenticeships in general and specifically our technical roles. Thanks to Sarka Francis for inviting us to the event.

Steven Pile of Zenitel is pictured receiving his HNC (Higher National Certificate) award. Steven is a SIGTA apprentice with Zenitel of Lewes. Well done Steven from the team at SIGTA.

Another busy week promoting apprenticeships at careers events at St Richards in Bexhill, Seahaven in Newhaven and St Wilfreds in Crawley. More next week too!
